Our History
James E. Stephens Elementary School, Home of the Eagles, is a public Title I school located in Bartow, FL. We have proudly served the children of Bartow since 1976. Stephens Elementary was created as an open-concept school and was an extension of Bartow Elementary School. The first principal of Stephens was Dan Pierce.
